I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Use the Restore Password form. Enter the email you provided during registration, and instructions will be sent to that address.

The system says I have no funds when I try to join Group Chat. How do I add funds?
Visit the Add Funds page to top up your account.

How can I appear online on the site’s main page?
Log in to your account and start your video stream from your personal page. (You can keep your streaming page open in a browser tab and monitor it when someone joins your room.)
